Shipping, Warranty and Returns

Orders are shipped same or next day via Canada Post. You will only be e-mailed a tracking number when your order amount exceeds $60.00. Canadian orders take 3-7 business days and US orders 10-14 business days.

Canada's Diaper Ladies cloth diapers, pads and wipes are covered for three years on sewing and Velcro. If you encounter a problem with one or more diapers in that time we ask that you mail it/them back to us for inspection. We will repair or replace the diapers at no charge to you, unless the diapers have obviously been tampered with or bleach has been used.The warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the diapers. The diaper covers are not covered under this or any warranty.

We do not do returns on DVD’s, covers or single diapers. Returns are only on the complete kits and if the diapers are unwashed and unused. The customer is responsible for shipping the diapers back to Canada’s Diaper Ladies and once we receive and inspect the diapers a refund will be issued. The only exception on washed diapers is if something has happened to the baby (miscarriage, still born etc).
